Dodgers Win After Late-Game Comeback

The Oklahoma City Dodgers scored five runs in the eighth inning for a come from behind 10-9 win over the Salt Lake Bees on Saturday night. Salt Lake had fallen behind 3-0 after the first inning, but came back with one run in the second, one in the third and five in the fourth to take a 7-4 lead. The big hit in the inning was a two run double by Matt Thaiss. The Bees would add two more runs in the seventh on a sacrifice fly by Jake Palomaki and a bases loaded walk before the Dodgers would rally for the win with Jake Lamb driving in the tying and eventual winning runs off of Salt Lake reliever Zach Weiss (0-2).

Thaiss would lead the Bees with two hits and three runs batted in, while Magneuris Sierra would reach base in all five of his plate appearances with three singles and two walks. He would score twice and pick up an RBI. Starting pitcher Janson Junk went four innings and allowed five runs on seven hit with four strikeouts and three walks.
