Aberdeen Wings News Release
Today, the North American Hockey League announced their Easton Divisional Stars of the Week and the Aberdeen Wings stole the show.
Receiving the 1st Star honors was Wings goaltender #30 Henry Dill (G-Columbus, OH) who won both starts over the weekend, including stopping 50 of 53 shots on goal.
"Henry was great for us this past weekend," said Wings head coach Travis Winter. "He has worked very hard and shown a lot of improvement; his award is well deserved."
Getting the nod for 2nd star was Wings forward #8 Drew Doyon (F-Indianapolis, IN) who tallied a goal and an assist in each of the games over the weekend.
The Wings are back in action this weekend on the road against the Austin Bruins.
