LOVES PARK, Ill. - It's the most-asked question in the Stateline - "Where's the diamond?"
Nobody knows, and nobody will until the Busch Jewelers Diamond Dig, scheduled to take place immediately after Thursday's 7:05 p.m. game against Schaumburg at Road Ranger Stadium.
A Busch Jewelers diamond has been hidden in the stadium's infield and ladies at Thursday's game will be invited down to the field following the game to search for the hidden treasure. Tickets are available by calling the box office at (815) 885-BALL.
The RiverHawks are members of the Northern League, an eight-team independent professional baseball league in its 18th season. Advertising and ticket information is available by calling (815) 885-2255. Games are broadcast live on ESPN 1380 (WTJK-AM) and on ESPN1380.com.
