Devils, GE Host "GE Kids-In-Free Night"

ALBANY, NY - For the third consecutive season, the Albany Devils and GE have teamed for "GE Kids-In-Free" at Times Union Center. This year's event will be held on Saturday, Jan. 12 when the Devils host the Worcester Sharks at 5 pm. All children 12-and-under will receive free admission when accompanied by an adult with a ticket.

The first 1, 000 kids to arrive will receive a GE Sponsored, Devils t-shirt. Children will be a focus of the night with a wide array of activities targeted at kids during breaks in the action. The game will also feature a birthday celebration for the team's mascot, Devil Dawg.

During the past two seasons, approximately 12,000 fans have made their way to Times Union Center for "GE Kids-In-Free." Last year, the evening included an attendance of 6,319.

Other GE Kids-In-Free events have been held at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, at Tri-City ValleyCats contests and Siena and UAlbany basketball games.
