
Penguins Alumni to Face PA State Police

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins will host a charity game between team Alumni and the Pennsylvania State Police Ice Hockey team at the Ice Rink at Coal Street on Friday, Jan. 18 at 6:30PM.
Former Penguins players such as Dennis Bonvie, Chris Kelleher and Brendan Buckley will be on hand to face members of the law enforcement community to help raise money for the team's United Way Charity Fund.
Following the game, there will be a reception from 8:00PM. - 10:00PM at the Ramada on the Square in Wilkes-Barre. The post-game reception will include a free buffet, prize raffles, a chance to meet the Penguins alumni and a cash bar.
Tickets will cost $20 and include admission to both events. Tickets can be purchased through the Penguins by calling 208-7367 or at the Fan Assistance Booth during Penguins home games.
As part of the lead-up to the 2013 Capital BlueCross AHL Outdoor Classic, the Penguins and Bears Alumni will face-off on Saturday, Jan. 19 at 3:00PM at Hersheypark Stadium.
