Delaware Blue Coats to Celebrate Beau Biden Foundation Night to Support the Protection of Children

WILMINGTON - The Delaware Blue Coats, the NBA G League affiliate of the Philadelphia 76ers, will celebrate Beau Biden Foundation Night to support the protection of children tomorrow, Friday, Feb. 21 at 76ers Fieldhouse. Tipoff with the Canton Charge is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET, and the Blue Coats will wear red, white and blue uniforms featuring a stars & stripes side-panel design.

Game-worn editions of the uniform shown below will be autographed by Blue Coats players and auctioned off with proceeds benefiting the Beau Biden Foundation. A silent auction will take place beginning at 6 p.m. and concluding at the end of the third quarter.

Tickets for tomorrow night's game are still available HERE and a portion of ticket sales will help protect children from abuse.

The 76ers Fieldhouse court is set to feature a special Beau Biden Foundation decal near the Blue Coats bench. Tomorrow's game will make the 2019-20 season the third season in which the Blue Coats have used the power of basketball to promote the Foundation's cause.

Additionally, there will be a postgame Teddy Bear Toss featuring the Kind to Kids Foundation. Fans are encouraged to bring new or gently used teddy bears to the arena, and there will also be teddy bears available for purchase on site. All bears will be donated to local children in need.
