
Defensive partners reunite with Twins

WINSTON-SALEM, NC â Winston-Salem Polar Twins head coach, Bryan Wells, announced today that the team has signed defensmen, Trevor Folk and Rhett Dudley.
"I am thrilled to have Trevor and Rhett on board," Wells said. "I coached both of them in Wichita. They are competitors on both ends of the ice and they can put up some offensive numbers. They have played together a lot in the power play, penalty kill and regular shifts, so they can hit the ice running. Rhett will be one of my veterans, Trevor is not a vet but he still has plenty of games under his belt."
Folk (6-1, 200) has played in 191 career games in the CHL and the QSPHL. He has scored 17 goals and 64 assists for 81 total points. He also has 460 penalty minutes. He has played in three playoff games and has one assist. He is originally from Pilot Butte, Saskatchewan.
Dudley (6-1, 200) has played in 432 career games in the ECHL, CHL and WPHL. He has scored 51 goals and 161 assists for 212 career points. He has also amassed 736 penalty minutes. He has played in 31 career playoff games and scored one goal and 10 assists. He is originally from Westakiwin, Alberta.
"I am happy to be playing again," Dudley said. "It will be great to get out on the ice and compete in a great league. We want to bring a championship to Winston-Salem."
