Jim McCurdy, President of the Pioneer Baseball League, announced today that due to a promotion, Helena's David Denson will replace Ogden's Willie Calhoun on the Pioneer League roster for the inaugural Pioneer Baseball League vs. Northwest League All-Star Game sponsored by Cenex Zip TripR stores.
Denson is in his third professional season after being drafted in the 15th Round of the 2013 MLB Draft. Entering Friday's game, Denson is hitting .279 with nine doubles, four home runs, 13 RBI, and 15 walks.
