D.C. United Take on NASL Tampa Bay Rowdies in 2016 Preseason Tour

WASHINGTON - D.C. United will take on NASL Tampa Bay Rowdies as part of their preseason tour on Saturday, February 13 at 7 p.m. at Al Lang Stadium.
This preseason match is just 10 days before United take on Querétaro F.C. in Querétaro, Mexico, the first leg of the 2015-2016 Scotiabank CONCACAF Champions League quarterfinal round.
The Tampa Bay Rowdies are the professional soccer team in Tampa Bay, and are a part of the North American Soccer League (NASL). The team plays its home games at Al Lang Stadium in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. Originally established in 1975, the team won the NASL Soccer Bowl championship in its inaugural year. In 2012, the Rowdies won the NASL Soccer Bowl Championship after a thrilling shoot-out victory in front of a sold out crowd at Al Lang Stadium.
