The Williamsport bats continued to be silent in a 9-3 loss to Aberdeen Monday night at Bowman Field in front of over 2,600 for the Cutters home opener. The Crosscutters managed just 5 hits off IronBirds pitchers with the biggest coming from solo home runs by RF Brad Corley in the 7th and SS Brent Lillibridge in the 8th. Aberdeen plated three runs in the 2nd, 5th and 6th innings to pick up their first win of the '05 season.
