
Cutters Drop 2nd Straight To Renegades

Hudson Valley struck for five runs in the top of the 1st inning off starter Mitch Gueller. The highlight of the 1st was a grand slam home run by Oscar Hernandez to make it 4-0 with no outs.
Gueller was replaced by Felix Santos in the 1st inning before recording an out.
Zach Green blasted a solo home run to lead off the Cutters 2nd inning to make it 5-1. It was Green's 5th of the season.
In the bottom of the 4th inning Williamsport plated three runs. Gabriel Lino drove in a pair with double to left center to make it 5-3. Logan Pierce singled in a Lino to make it 5-4.
In the top of the 5th inning Oscar Hernandez delivered a solo home run to make it 6-1.
Hudson Valley scored two more in the bottom of the 6th inning on a two-run double by Johnny Field to make it 8-4.
Tonight's game was delayed 88 minutes due to rain and lightning.
