Wausau, WIS- Ryan Howard, a 2014 and 2015 member of the Wisconsin Woodchucks and Nick Banks, a member of the 2014 Woodchucks, have been selected to Team USA.
Howard, a sophomore shortstop for Mizzou, is batting .273 for Team USA this summer. He appeared in ten games for the Woodchucks in 2015, batting 400 with three doubles, two homeruns and eight RBIs, before leaving for Team USA. Howard appeared in 41 games for the Woodchucks in 2014, where he held a .270 batting average with four doubles, four home runs and 20 RBIs.
Banks, who plays his college baseball at Texas A&M, is batting .375 with two doubles and two RBIs for Team USA this summer. Banks appeared in nine games for the Woodchucks during the 2014 season. In those nine games, he tallied ten hits including one double and two home runs and driving in nine runners.
The Collegiate National Team started their season on June 20th and will play a variety of games across the US.

St. Suite 305, Wausau WI 55403) anytime between 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, or 9:00-4:00 p.m. on game days. The box office at Athletic Park (324 E. Wausau Ave, Wausau WI 55403) opens at 1:30 p.m. on game days. The Woodchucks are looking forward to a fun filled season at Athletic Park and we hope to see you there!
