DAYTONA BEACH - Rafael Dolis (2-4) no hit the Dunedin Blue Jays (7-2, 40-36) through five innings, but the Daytona Cubs (5-6, 39-39) could not hang on and fell 6-4. The lone runner to reach against Dolis did so on a walk, while five others went down on strikes.

Starlin Castro used his biggest bat to put the Daytona Cubs on the board in the first. He sent an Andrew Liebel (3-8) offering over the wall in left center for his third home run of the season. Daytona was not done yet, as a walk to Brandon Guyer and back-to-back doubles by Robinson Chirinos and Josh Vitters plated two more for a 3-0 lead.

Daytona padded their lead in the sixth. Chirinos drew a one-out walk to get the inning started. Vitters then tripled down the line in left and Chirinos touched home to push the score to 4-0.

The game spun 180-degrees in the eighth inning. Todd Blackford, on in relief of Luke Sommer, walked Matt Liuzza and allowed Adam Loewen aboard with a single. Blackford then left the game with an apparent oblique injury. Dustin Sasser came in and gave up a single to Justin Jackson to load the bases. After striking out Bradley McElroy, Sasser walked John Tolisano to plate the Blue Jays first run. A single by Moises Sierra added a second, and Manny Rodriquez's bases-clearing double to right put Dunedin on top 5-4.

Sasser struggled in the ninth as well. A lead off double by Liuzza was followed two batters later with a RBI double off the bat of Justin Jackson.

Daytona and Dunedin continue the three-game series Monday with a 7:05 p.m. start time. Ryan Searle will throw against righty Shaun Marcum, who will be making a MLB Rehab start for the Blue Jays. It will be another Papa John's and 95.7 The HOG Belly Buster Monday with all-you-can-eat pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn and peanuts for $11. Gates will open at 6:05 p.m.
