
Crushers-Rascals series starts tonight

Avon, OH-The Lake Erie Crushers will continue their remarkable inaugural season on Thursday when they meet the River City Rascals for game one of the Frontier League Championship Series at T.R. Hughes Ballpark in O'Fallon, MO. The series will be a best-of-five matchup with times and starting pitching matchups listed below:
Game 1-Thursday September 17 at River City, 8:05 PM, Brent Lysander vs. Josh Lowey
Game 2-Friday September 18 at River City, 8:05 PM, Cardoza Tucker vs. Jake Laber
Game 3-Sunday September 20 at Lake Erie, 5:05 PM, Paul Fagan vs. Daniel Howard
Game 4 (if necessary)-Monday September 21 at Lake Erie, 7:05 PM
Game 5 (if necessary)-Wednesday September 23 at River City, 8:05 PM
All games can be heard on LakeErieCrushers.com with Dave DeNatale handling the play-by play. Pregame will begin approximately 15 minutes prior to the first pitch.
Tickets for all Crushers home playoff games are on sale at the Lake Erie Crushers box office at All Pro Freight Stadium. They can also be ordered by phone at (440) 934-3636 or online at lakeeriecrushers.com. The Crushers have announced several promotional additions to their two home championship series contests. Game three on Sunday will feature a post-game fireworks display, $1 general admission tickets, 4 for $44 family night packages, and 10% discounts on merchandise at the Fan Attic team gift shop. Game four on Monday will feature "Dollar Days" as fans can enjoy dollar general admission tickets, dollar hot dogs, dollar draft beers, and dollar fountain drinks, plus 20% merchandise discounts.
