HICKORY, NC - The Crawdads continue to battle for the top spot in the Northern Division Second Half Standings, after beating the Delmarva Shorebirds, 8-1, Monday night. The 'Dads host the Shorebirds through Thursday this week, before hitting the road for Augusta. On Friday, while the 'Dads are on the road, the rescheduled Chick-fil-A Christian Concert, featuring Selah, will be held at L.P. Frans Stadium!
The Crawdads are 18-13 in the second half and are tied with the Hagerstown Suns for 1st-place in the Northern Division Second Half Standings. Hickory is 54-46 overall in 2012, good for 3rd in the overall standings in the Northern Division.

Chick-fil-A Christian Concert rescheduled for this Friday!
The Hickory Crawdads have announced the details for the rescheduled Chick-fil-A Christian Concert featuring Selah, which was postponed due to rain on Saturday, July 21. The nationally-acclaimed band will perform live at L.P. Frans Stadium this Friday, July 27, presented by Chick-fil-A, Gardner-Webb University, Hickory Christian Academy and 106.9 The Light .
Selah will headline a night of faith and family fun! The Crawdads will be on the road, but the evening will start with two local-area bands performing as opening acts before Selah takes the stage! Gates will open at 5 p.m. with the first band starting at 5:30 p.m.
All tickets from the rained out game on Sat., July 21 are good for the rescheduled concert this Friday. Please bring your original tickets for July 21 to the concert this Friday - they do not need to be exchanged for new tickets. Also, if you had tickets at Will Call for July 21 that were not picked up yet, they will still be at Will Call and may be picked up at any time.
