One out later, 3B Maikel Franco launched a three-run home run, belting the BlueClaws into the 4-3 lead.
Lakewood poured on four more runs in the bottom of the second. With two on and one down, RF Kelly Dugan drove a two-run double, before coming home himself on an RBI double by Duffy. Duffy scored lated in the frame on an RBI sacrifice fly by Franco, making it 8-3. The BlueClaws added their final run in the bottom of the fourth. Dugan led off with a base hit and quickly swiped second base. Franco then struck with his fifth RBI of the game, singling in Dugan to account for the eventual final score of 9-3 in the Lakewood win.
