Coyotes Recall Visentin from Portland

GLENDALE, ARIZONA - Phoenix Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today that the Coyotes have recalled goaltender Mark Visentin on emergency recall from the Portland Pirates, the club's American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate.

The 6-foot-2, 200-pound Visentin has registered a 14-19-5 record with a 3.30 goals against average (GAA) and a .901 save percentage (SV%) in 44 games with the Pirates this season. The 21-year-old native of Waterdown, Ont., made his professional debut with Portland in 2012-13, posting a 15-12-1 record with a 2.98 GAA and a .903 SV% in 30 games.

Visentin was originally drafted by the Coyotes in the first round (27th overall) in the 2010 Entry Draft.
