Coyotes Recall Thomas from Springfield

Springfield, MA - Arizona Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today that the Coyotes have recalled forward Christian Thomas from the Springfield Falcons, the club's American Hockey League affiliate (AHL).

The 23-year-old Thomas has registered 3-4-7 in 15 games with Springfield and has also collected 7-7-14 in 18 games with the St. John's IceCaps. He has scored 1-2-3 in 26 career NHL games between the New York Rangers and Montreal Canadiens.

Thomas was originally drafted by the Rangers in the second round (40th overall) in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft and acquired by the Coyotes in a trade with the Canadiens on December 15, 2015.
