Coyotes Recall Jeffrey, Assign Domingue and Samuelsson to Falcons

Springfield, MA - Arizona Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today that the Coyotes have recalled forward Dustin Jeffrey and assigned goaltender Louis Domingue and defenseman Philip Samuelsson to the Springfield Falcons.

The 27-year-old Jeffrey recorded an assist and a plus-two rating in one game with the Coyotes this season. The 6-foot-1, 205-pound native of Sarnia, Ontario has also registered 7 -11-18 and two penalty minutes (PIM) in 16 games with the Falcons. Jeffrey was originally drafted by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the sixth round (171st overall) in the 2007 Entry Draft.

The 23-year-old Domingue has registered a 5-3-1 record with a 2.43 goals against average (GAA) and a .918 save percentage (SV%) in nine games with the Falcons this season. Domingue was originally drafted by the Coyotes in the fifth round (138th overall) in the 2010 Entry Draft.

The 24-year-old Samuelsson has skated in three games with the Coyotes in 2015-16. The 6-foot-2, 194-pound native of Leksand, Sweden has also collected 0-4-4 and two PIM in 10 games with Springfield. Samuelsson was originally drafted by the Penguins in the second round (61st overall) in the 2009 Entry Draft.
