Kalamazoo Wings News Release
For the second-time in less than 24 hours, the Kalamazoo Wings will lace up their skates to take on the Toledo Walleye during the State Line Face-Off Series, Presented by AmeriGas, America's Propane Company. Kalamazoo leads the season series over Toledo with a record of 5-2-1-1.
Despite losing last night 2-1 in a shootout, the K-Wings lengthen their lead in the North Division. Kalamazoo, which trails Wheeling by six points for first place in the division, now leads Cincinnati by two points for second.
Winning yesterday against Kalamazoo places Toledo three points behind the K-Wings for second place in the division. The Walleye enter Wings Stadium in fourth place in the North Division, just one point behind the idle Cyclones for third place.

Five Alive
Kalamazoo snapped their season-high four-game winning streak yesterday with a 2-1 shootout loss to Toledo; however they K-Wings are still unbeaten in regulation in five straight games. The five-game streak is the longest unbeaten streak by the K-Wings this season.

Due to the K-Wings game against the Cincinnati Cyclones this Monday, February 21st, there will be no "K-Wings Live" presented by Miller Lite. Join Head Coach Nick Bootland and the "Voice of the K-Wings" Mike Modugno on Monday, February 28th, when "K-Wings Live" presented by Miller Lite returns to the airwaves.
