Kalamazoo Wings News Release
For the second straight week, the Kalamazoo Wings will commence a week with a home and home series, this time against the Port Huron Flags. On the season, the K-Wings are 2-0-0 against the Flags, which includes a 3-2 shootout victory on October 29th at the McMorran Place Arena.
A win Sunday against Bloomington ended a three-game winless streak and gives the K-Wings some added momentum heading into tonight's contest. Kalamazoo's lineup received a boost on Monday, when the
K-Wings acquired Glenn Detulleo through a trade with the Quad City Mallards.
Port Huron's confidence has also increased thanks to a 1-0 victory over Bloomington on Saturday, which ended a four-game skid for the Flags. Port Huron has flourished at home, as three of their four overall victories have occurred at the McMorran Place Arena.

A Change of Scenery
The newest member of the Kalamazoo Wings, Glenn Detulleo, will be making his debut tonight. Detulleo comes to Kalamazoo after being acquired in a trade with Quad City for Mathieu Wathier and Brett Pilkington.
A Balanced Attack
Scoring this season has been a group effort for Kalamazoo. In fact, the K-Wings are the only team in the UHL to receive points from every player on their active roster (exception of goaltenders).
Moving Up the List
With a late game goal on Sunday, Captain Nick Bootland moved up the K-Wings all-time scoring list. The goal, which was Bootland's 52nd as a K-Wing, ties him with Mike Ford (2000-02) for fourth place on the franchise's all-time UHL goal scorer list.
Free Willie
Forward Tyler Willis has spent his fair share of time in the penalty box. On Sunday, Willis became the first K-Wings player to eclipse the 1,000 penalty minute plateau in the franchise's UHL history.
