Three in a Row
Forward Damian Surma is currently on a three-game goal streak. In his last three games, Surma has scored four goals with three of them coming off of the power-play.
Carriere Nearing Record
Carriere is closing in on a K-Wings UHL franchise record. Carriere, who has 58 points, needs one point to break the record for most points by a defenseman. Carriere currently shares the record with, former K-Wing Guy Dupuis (2003-04).
It's Been a Long Time
The K-Wings were out shot last night by the Quad City Mallards. By getting out shot, the K-Wings snapped a 29 game streak of out shooting their opponents. On the season, Kalamazoo has only been out shot six times. The K-Wings are 2-4-0 when they get out shot by their opposition.
