The K-Wings will try to keep their 7 game home-unbeaten streak alive tonight as they host the Rockford IceHogs at Wings Stadium. Kalamazoo will have a new look in the lineup tonight, as Joe Ritson will make his K-Wings debut. Ritson was acquired in a trade this afternoon from the Missouri River Otters. In return, the Otters received forward Andrew Long. Kalamazoo will also get a boost a defense as Chad Dameworth returns to the lineup. Chad has been out of the lineup since mid December due to an undisclosed injury.
Rockford enters Wings Stadium looking to rebound after being shutout on home ice on Wednesday to Fort Wayne. The IceHogs have won the past two encounters against Kalamazoo; however those were played in Rockford. The Hogs are 0-1-0 against the K-Wings this season in Kalamazoo. In fact, the IceHogs have not won a game in Wings Stadium in over two years.

Eight Isn't Enough
With their assist on Wednesday night both Marty Flichel, and Andrew Luciuk continued their scoring success. Both Flichel and Luciuk will carry a eight game scoring streak into tonight's game against Rockford. The eight game streaks are the longest this season by any K-Wing players.
In their Own Division The K-Wings have saved their best hockey against the Western Conference. Kalamazoo enters tonight 12-5-3 against the teams in the west.
Roster Moves
The K-Wings completed a trade today. K-Wings will receive forward Joe Ritson from Missouri. In return, the River Otters will receive Andrew Long. Ritson is expected to be in the K-Wings lineup tonight against Rockford.
Welcome Back
K-Wings defenseman Chad Dameworth will be making his return to the K-Wings roster. Dameworth has been on the injured reserve due to an undisclosed injury since mid-December.
