Cougars Present Family Fun Day

PRINCE GEORGE, BC- The Prince George Cougars, 99.3 The Drive, and 101.3 The River are proud to present "Cougars Family Fun Day" scheduled for Sunday November 4 @ the CN Centre.

Come cheer on the Cougars as they face off with the Red Deer Rebels in their only afternoon game (2:00pm) of the season. For only $39.00, families can purchase 2 adult tickets, 2 children's tickets, 4 hot dogs, and 4 pops.

The Cougars will be introducing their new "Cats Kids Zone" in the CN Centre concourse, which will feature bean bag tossing, target shooting, face painting with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Prince George, bowling, pin the tail on Rowdy Cat, LA Promotions "Crazy Maze", and Cougars coloring and other activities at Northern Health's Tobacco Free Sports Zone . The 99.3 The Drive Prize Team will also be on location handing out prizes to children.

In addition, kids can get their picture taken with Rowdy Cat (and developed on site) for $1.00. All proceeds collected will be donated to the Cougar Helena Fund at the Northern Lights Wildlife Shelter.

Kids can also enter at the "Cats Kids Zone" for a chance to become the 7th Player at a Cougars home game. Each month 1 lucky winner will be rewarded with a dressing room visit, and will warm up on ice with the team and be introduced on ice with the starting line-up. Kids can continue to enter throughout the season by entering their name at a draw box at the Cougars Guest Services booth, or by submitting their name online at www.pgcougars.com.

Stick around after the game for the Cougars/Tim Horton's Community Skate. This free event will run from 5:00-6:00pm on ice at the CN Centre, and fans will have a chance to meet all of their favourite players as the entire team will be in attendance.
