Cougars Announce New Ballpark Beer Fest on May 12

GENEVA, Ill. - The Kane County Cougars have announced the new Ballpark Beer Fest, presented by The PRIDE Stores, will take place at Northwestern Medicine Field on Saturday, May 12 from Noon to 4 PM. Those attending the event will be able to sample the Cougars new specialty beer, created by Tangled Roots, as the team takes on the Fort Wayne TinCaps at 1 PM.

A special ticket is needed for this event and is available now at kccougars.com or by calling the front office at 630-232-8811. Tickets may also be ordered in person during normal business hours, Monday-Friday. Individual tickets are priced at $45 when purchased in advance and $55 on the day of the event.

Attendees will receive 18 three-ounce samples of various craft beers in their souvenir beer glass from popular brewers including the Cougars official craft beer sponsor, Tangled Roots, all while watching the game from the outfield deck.

In addition to sampling the Cougars new specialty beer from Tangled Roots, fans in attendance will also be able to take part in the official unveiling.

Following the Ballpark Beer Fest, the Cougars specialty beer will be available on draft stadium wide.
