SAUGET, Ill. - The Normal CornBelters, presented by Illinois Corn Farmers, lost the final road game of the season to the Gateway Grizzlies 11-7 on Sunday evening at GCS Ballpark.

The CornBelters answered in the third when Derrick Fox drew a leadoff walk followed by a base hit by Pat McKenna. A wild pitch sent the runners to second and third, and ground outs by Tyler Wiesemeyer and Steven Felix scored both to even the game at 2-2.

Hernandez plated a run with a double, Jon Shelby hit a two-run double and the CornBelters committed two throwing errors as the Grizzlies surged to the four-run lead.
