URBANDALE, Iowa -- It's a fun-filled weekend of hockey on tap at Buccaneer Arena, as the Des Moines Buccaneers host Western Conference foes the Tri-City Storm and Sioux City Musketeers for a pair of games on Friday & Saturday nights.

It's 2-for-1 drinks on Friday night when the Storm come to town, with all domestic beer and seltzer tallboys on sale at 2-for-1 prices. It's also a Fareway Friday. Bring a Fareway receipt to the ticket office and receive buy one get one free adult arena level tickets. Friday's puck drop is set for 7:00 p.m.
Saturday night's alright for Corgi Races! Des Moines battles Sioux City on Saturday with a 6:00 p.m. puck drop and at first intermission, the Buccaneers host Corgi Races to benefit AHeinz57 Pet Rescue & Transport. Go to tickets.bucshockey.com and enter the promo code CORGI to get general admission tickets for just $8 with $5 from each of those tickets sold going to AHeinz57 Pet Rescue. They also have a wish list for donation items and the Buccaneers will be collecting those at the door.

Saturday night is also College Night. College students can show their school ID at the box office and get a general admission ticket for $8.
It's also a Fleet Farm Saturday! Fans can purchase a 4-pack of arena level tickets and get a Fleet Farm gift card and goodie bag for just $50. Fleet Farm 4-packs can be purchased online or by calling or visiting the box office.
Every Bucs home game includes great drink specials from our partners Templeton Distillery. The Templeton Timeout Bar is located behind the North goal and features great Templeton beverages along with craft beers on tap. During any penalty called during the game, fans can get 2-for-1 drinks exclusively at the Templeton Timeout Bar. The Buccaneers and Templeton have also partnered on co-branded mason jars, great for a drink during the game plus it's a take-home item. Mason jars are on sale at all alcoholic beverage locations in the arena, $15 for a drink in the jar, and available for $10 without a drink.
