
Colts-Roadrunners Postponed

Edinburg, TX - With Tropical Storm Alex descending upon the Texas Gulf Coast this afternoon, officials for the Edinburg Roadrunners chose to postpone the remainder of their four-game series with the San Angelo Colts.
The Colts and Roadrunners split the first two games of their series and opted Tuesday morning to play a doubleheader that evening and finish the series in anticipation of Alex.
However, with the storm expected to make landfall Tuesday evening, Edinburg chose to postpone the twinbill as well.
No makeup date has been announced.
The Colts now head to Laredo to begin a four-game series with the Broncos on Thursday with first pitch set for 7:05.
Aaron Cunningham (2-3, 5.76 ERA) will pitch for San Angelo against a to-be-determined hurler for Laredo.
The game can be heard on 1260 KKSA with the Kemps Pregame Show getting the broadcast started at 6:50.
The team returns home on July 5 to open a four-game series with a 7:05 contest against Edinburg.
July 5 will also be Margarita Monday presented by MDX 106.1 FM.
Margaritas will be served for only $2 throughout the evening.
