Laredo Broncos News Release
The tropical storm that had already forced the rescheduling of game four of the Broncos (13-19), White Wings (14-18) series, has now caused the cancellation of the final two games of the series all together.
The Broncos won the first two games of the series in Harlingen by the score of 6-2 in game one and 10-3 in game two played last night.
The tropical storm watch was planned to begin at 1 PM on Wednesday and shifted to early Tuesday morning with rain falling before the Broncos even reached the field prior to the scheduled 10:35 AM first pitch.
The Broncos will head home now with two days off before beginning a four game series with the San Angelo Colts over the fourth of July weekend in Laredo.
