San Angelo Colts News Release
San Angelo, Texas - The Colts added infielders Austin Lasprilla and Davis Page to the roster after injuries to a pair of power hitters left the roster thin on the left side of the infield. Third baseman Jason Crosland and shortstop Landon Camp went down with injuries on back-to-back days.
Lasprilla and Page both recorded their first hits as Colts in Friday night's 11-7 loss to the McAllen Thunder. Lasprilla is a former Angelo State Ram who stuck with the Colts after spring training, while coaches Bobby Brown and Sean Kramer knew about Page after seeing him play in the Pecos League last season.
Crosland is on the seven-day inactive list after sustaining a rib injury in Edinburg Wednesday night and Camp is out a minimum of six weeks after breaking his hand when he was hit by a pitch Thursday against McAllen.
