
Colorado Rapids Forward Diego Rubio Undergoes Successful Surgery on Right Knee

COMMERCE CITY, Colo. - Colorado Rapids forward Diego Rubio has undergone a successful arthroscopic procedure to remove a loose body in his right knee, the club announced today. The Chilean international is expected to be sidelined between two to five weeks as he rehabilitates from the procedure.
Rubio, 29, was the Rapids' leading scorer in a career 2022 season that saw him equal the club's single-season scoring record (16), as well as set a new club record for most goal contributions in a season (16 goals, seven assists).
