LAST WEEK'S GAMES
December 30 vs. Fort Wayne Mad Ants - Colorado exploded for a 40 point fourth quarter to rally from behind and defeat Fort Wayne, 131-120 in Broomfield. Sonny Weems and Eddie Gill posted double-doubles, and the 14ers set a new team record with 16 blocked shots in the victory.
January 2 vs. Tulsa 66ers - The 14ers fell short on the home court for the second time this season when Tulsa took a 115-108 win at the B.E.C. Cheikh Samb posted 21 points, 10 rebounds, and four blocked shots for Colorado in the loss. For the second straight game, the 14ers set a new team record for blocks with 17 in defeat.

NOTES
Forward James Mays underwent successful surgery to repair his right Achilles tendon on 1-2-2009. He has begun a 12 month rehabilitation program.
Colorado's 104-102 win over the Utah Flash on Dec. 23 has been suspended pending a replay of the final 25.2 seconds of the fourth quarter due to a scoring error. The final seconds will be replayed on April 10 prior to the two teams meeting in Orem, UT.
The 14ers lead the D-League in scoring at 116 points per game.
Colorado also leads the D-League in per game averages for field goals made, field goals attempted, free throws attempted, 3-pointers attempted, offensive rebounds, rebounds, assists, and blocked shots.
New Jersey Nets assigned player Sean Williams has blocked 10 shots in his first two games with the 14ers.
In those two games with Williams in the line-up, Colorado has set new team records with 16 and 17 blocked shots against Fort Wayne and Tulsa.
Eddie Gill ranks third in the D-League with 7.8 assists per game.
Dominique Coleman ranks third in the D-League with 2.7 steals per game.
Jamar Brown ranks fourth in the D-League with a .596 field goal percentage.
Cheikh Samb's 3.8 blocked shots per game leads the D-League.
Samb is averaging 17.3 points and 4.0 blocks per game over his last five games.
