
Collin Macdonald Suspended One Game

MACON, GA- The Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) announced the suspension of Macon Mayhem forward Collin MacDonald this afternoon. The SPHL made the following statement from Huntersville, NC on the MacDonald suspension:
"Macon's Collin MacDonald has been suspended one game for his actions in Game 143, Knoxville at Macon, played on Saturday, January 21.
During an altercation at the 19:55 mark of the second period, MacDonald forcefully hip-tossed a Knoxville player off his feet, to the ice and landed on top of him in violation of the league's notice of emphasis regarding takedowns during an altercation.
MacDonald will miss Macon's game against Pensacola on Friday, January 27."
