
SPHL Announces Suspension

HUNTERSVILLE, NC - The Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) on Tues- day announced the following suspension: Macon's Collin MacDonald Macon's Collin MacDonald has been suspended one game for his actions in Game 143, Knoxville at Macon, played on Saturday, January 21.
During an altercation at the 19:55 mark of the second period, MacDonald forcefully hip-tossed a Knoxville player off his feet, to the ice and landed on top of him in violation of the league's notice of emphasis re- garding takedowns during an altercation.
MacDonald will miss Macon's game against Pensacola on Friday, January 27.
