
College Park Takes Second Straight Game Against Cleveland, 110-102, as Skyhawks Sweep Two-Game Stretch

College Park, Georgia. - The College Park Skyhawks (14-10) defeated the Cleveland Charge (10-13) 110-102 on Friday, sweeping a two-game stretch against the Charge.
Vit Krejci earned his first career triple-double behind a career-high 12 assists, in addition to 10 points and 10 rebounds. It marked the sixth triple-double in College Park history, and the first since Brandon Williams on January 19, 2023.
Krejci also added three steals and one block in 35 minutes.
Jordan Bowden and Chris Silva each poured in 20 points, with Bowden netting a game-high 23 points on 8-14 shooting in 26 minutes, and Silva adding 20 points on 7-10 from the field in 26 minutes.
Since joining College Park on Feb. 12, Bowden is shooting at a .610% clip from deep (25-41 3FGM).
AJ Griffin (14 points), Miles Norris (14 points) and Brandon Randolph (13 points) also hit double-figures, while Randolph collected a career-high tying nine rebounds.
Cleveland took an early lead behind double-digit first half performances by Emoni Bates and Dexter Dennis, holding as much as an 11-point advantage with 6:30 remaining in the second quarter.
College Park stormed back late in the first half, ending on a 23-8 run to take a four-point lead into the break.
Krejci dished out 10 of his 12 assists in the first half, setting his career-high at the 40-second mark of the second quarter.
The Skyhawks would push the lead to as many as 20, thanks to a 10-point third quarter from Bowden, before Cleveland cut into the Skyhawks lead, closing the deficit to as few as four points at the 1:16 mark of the fourth quarter.
Rob Baker free-throws, followed by a defensive stop and a Griffin breakaway slam in the final minute would put the game away for good.
The Charge were led by four double-digit performers, including Pete Nance who netted a team-high 18 points, while Dexter Dennis collected 16 points and a team-high tying six rebounds.
The Skyhawks hold a 14-10 record heading into the final month of the regular season, sitting at fifth place in the East with 10 games remaining.
College Park will take on the G League Ignite for 'Kids Day presented by Planet Fitness' at 2pm on Mar. 3, followed by a tilt with the first-place Delaware Blue Coats on Mar. 5 at 7pm. Fans can visit cpskyhawks.com to secure their seats now.
