September 30, 2020 - National Arena League (NAL)
Carolina Cobras News Release

Damore'ea Stringfellow (6' 2" 210, Ole Miss) a native of Los Angeles he was announced as the number one WR on the west coast in High School and number five in the nation. He initially played at the University of Washington and in his Freshman campaign he played in seven games with two starts and had 20 receptions for 259 yards and a TD. He transferred to Ole Miss after his Freshman season and in two years at Ole Miss he played in 23 games, starting 16 games, including all 12 of his Junior year where he put together 82 catches for 1,219 yards and 11 TDs over those two seasons. Stringfellow declared for the draft after his Junior season and was signed by the Miami Dolphins making a splash during the preseason with a 99 1/2 yard TD reception against the Falcons. He was released and picked up by the Jets and placed on their practice squad where he was for the 2017 season. In 2018 he was picked up by the Seahawks going into preseason. He posted four catches, including an 81-yard TD catch in the preseason, but did not make the final roster. He landed on the Titans Practice squad but stepped down to take care of his family and go into fashion and music. Now he is 26 and married with twin boys and hungry to prove he still has plenty left.

Stringfellow's message to Cobra Nation is simple. "The King's Home!! Next we get that Championship!!"

Coach Resignalo had even more to say. "Stringfellow brings a lot of experience from the next level to the Cobras. He has been where many try and go. Played some big-time college football and was with multiple NFL teams. Granted were short stints but regardless he was there with multiple teams. The point, he knows what it takes to get there and is looking for his opportunity to get back. All of Cobra Nation is excited to see Stringfellow battle his way back to the top. He will have an instant impact on our team. We will have one of the, if not the best WR group in the NAL. As a coach I'm excited to coach such a dynamic player like Damore'ea. I feel like every signing we make happen has a similar story of a baller finding his way. 2021 is gonna be a special year for Cobra Nation and we can't wait to hit it in the mouth!"
