
Clippers make roster moves

Columbus Clippers News Release
The Columbus Clippers made a number of moves over the weekend. Infielder Homer Bush's contract was purchased by the Yankees. Pitcher Alex Graman and outfielder Bubba Crosby (right) were optioned to Columbus. Crosby will join the team shortly. Infielder Andy Phillips was recalled from Trenton. And pitcher Ramon Rimerez was optioned to Trenton.
After retiring last season, Bush said it ment more to him being called up to the Yankees this time then it was his rookie season.
Graman, the Clippers opening day pitcher, is returning to Columbus after his first stint with the Yankees. Crosby was the spark plug of the Clippers great finish last season. He was the favorite of the New York press this spring. Phillips was the Yankees number one prospect before injury sidelined him last season.
