Clarke and Quinn Invited to Canada's National Junior Team Selection Camp

October 29, 2020 - Ontario Hockey League (OHL) - Ottawa 67's News Release

OTTAWA - Hockey Canada announced today the roster of players that will be attending Team Canada's National Junior Team Sport Chek Selection Camp, and among those players are 67's forwards Jack Quinn and Graeme Clarke.

This won't be the first time that Clarke gets the opportunity to represent the red and white maple leaf, as the New Jersey Devils' 2019 third round pick was a member of the Canadian team at the 2017 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge and won gold at the 2018 Hlinka-Gretzky Cup.

The 2019-20 season was one to remember for Jack Quinn. After an incredible season of 52 goals and 37 assists in 62 games with the 67's, the Cobden native got drafted by the Buffalo Sabres 8th overall earlier this month.

Canada's top junior talent will be in Red Deer, Alberta from November 16th to December 13th for Canada's National Junior Team Sport Chek Selection Camp ahead of the 2021 IIHF World Junior Championship. Once a final roster is named, the 2021 World Junior Championship will be held in Edmonton from December 25th until January 5th.

Two other 67's representatives will be at the 2021 World Junior Championship in Edmonton, as 67's bench boss Andre Tourigny will be leading the charge as Head Coach of the team and well experienced Head Equipment Manager Chris Hamilton will also take part of the adventure.
