Toronto Parks and Recreation - The City of Toronto, in conjunction with the Toronto Argonauts and the Canadian Football League will be launching significant initiatives in recognition of Black History Month on Tuesday, February 3 at 10:00 AM ET at Toronto City Hall. Deputy Mayor Joe Pantalone (Trinity Spadina), Argonaut President/CEO Keith Pelley and CFL Commissioner Tom Wright will be speaking at the press conference. Also present will be five legendary Toronto Argonauts.
