Saskatchewan Roughriders News Release
Saskatchewan Roughrider Director of Marketing and Corporate Sales Trent Fraser announced today that 2004 Roughrider season tickets have surpassed the 6,000 mark.
"To date, the Roughriders have sold more than 6,000 season tickets. While this pace is slightly behind last year's Grey Cup season, it is well ahead of our numbers from 2002 and previous years", said Fraser.
Fraser credits the high numbers to another successful Christmas campaign in which fans that bought their 2004 season tickets prior to Christmas were eligible to win a number of great prizes, including a Panasonic Home Entertainment Package.
The Roughriders are also getting ready for their Early Bird campaign which will begin next week with a direct mail campaign. Fans that have not bought their season tickets yet can still save money from regular game day prices.
