Overview: The Ducks face the Crunch as they play at home for the first time since November 30. The Ducks are coming off a 3-3 tie December 8 at Hershey and have earned points in nine of their last 11 games (3-2-4-2). Goalies Jean-Francois Damphousse (2.07 GAA, .938 SV%) and Ilja Bryzgalov (2.42 GAA, .931 SV%) have combined for a 2.21 GAA and .935 SV% over the past 10 games. Cincinnati leads the AHL with eight shorthanded goals. Syracuse has lost two of its last three games and five of its last seven. G Karl Goehring leads the AHL in GAA (1.98) and shutouts (four) and ranks third in SV% (.930).
