Chivas USA and Adolfo Bautista Agree to Mutually Part Ways

CARSON, Calif. (Tuesday, May 13, 2014) - Chivas USA announced today that the club and forward Adolfo Bautista have reached a mutual agreement to part ways. The former Mexican National Team veteran joined the Goats during preseason and made his MLS debut on March 9.

"We want to thank Adolfo Bautista for his dedication, commitment and professionalism during his time with our club," said Chivas USA Head Coach Wilmer Cabrera. "He is a respected leader on and off the field, and we wish him the best of luck in all his endeavors moving forward."

After a 3-1 victory over the Colorado Rapids last Sunday, Chivas USA now head to FC Dallas for the second leg of the three-game season series scheduled to kick off at 5:30 p.m. (PT) on Saturday.
