Chilliwack Bruins Home Opener Friday Night

The Chilliwack Bruins kick off the 2009-10 season at home Friday night versus the Kamloops Blazers. Game time is 7pm. The first 4000 fans through the door will receive a free Bruins magnet schedule. Tickets are available at the Prospera Centre Box Office as well as on the ticketmaster website.

Pre Game Tailgate Party

The Pre Game festivities begin at 5pm with a tailgate party sponsored by 89.5 The Hawk. Two local bands, Pardon My Striptease, and These Kids Wear Crowns will provide the entertainment and Kal Tire will be hosting a by donation barbecue with all proceeds going to the Bruins Pediatric Centre.

Post Game Concert

Fans are encouraged to stay in their seats following the game to enjoy a free performance by The March Hare Band. The concert will begin approximately fifteen minutes following the completion of the game.
