Chiefs/Bees Postponed Sunday

Peoria, IL - The Peoria Chiefs and Burlington Bees game scheduled for Sunday has been postponed due to inclement weather. The game will be made up on Thursday, May 31 as part of a doubleheader between the teams starting at 5:00 p.m. at Dozer Park.

To avoid consecutive double headers, the previously scheduled double header for Wednesday, May 30 will now be moved to Tuesday, May 29. That gives the Chiefs and Bees a double header Tuesday at 5:00 p.m., a single game Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. and a double header Thursday at 5:00 p.m. for a five-game, three-day series.

The Chiefs will host the Cedar Rapids Kernels on Monday at 6:30 p.m. to start a four-game series. As of now the pitching probables for both teams are up in the air as Cedar Rapids was also postponed at home on Sunday. The broadcast can be heard, starting with the Pre-Game Show at 6:41 p.m. on www.peoriachiefs.com/listenlive and is also available on the Peoria Chiefs Network in the Tune-In Radio App...The game is also available on MiLB.tv for subscribers.
