Today's Game: The Dayton Dragons (affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds) meet the Bowling Green Hot Rods (affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays) in the fourth game of the 2018 Midwest League season. Bowling Green has won the first three of four consecutive games between the two clubs to start the year.
Last night: Saturday: Bowling Green 11, Dayton 2. The Hot Rods broke open a one-run game by scoring eight runs over the final three innings. The Dragons scored in the first inning and did not trail until Bowling Green scored two in the fifth to take a 3-2 lead. The Dragons collected just two hits and no runs after the third inning. The Dayton offense was led by Miles Gordon, who went 2 for 4 with a triple, double, walk, and stolen base.
