Chiefs Announce Broadcast Team

The Chiefs will host the Tri-City Americans on Saturday night in the first of six live broadcasts on Comcast Cable 12 marking the first time the Chiefs have had a multi-game regular season television broadcast package. Saturday night's game will also re-air at 11:00 on Sunday morning on Channel 14.

In addition to the live broadcasts, each televised home game will be available on Comcast ON DEMAND.

Comcast will also produce "Chiefs Insider," a magazine style show that will be available on Comcast ON DEMAND. The games and the Chiefs Insider program will be available ON DEMAND within a few hours after the original broadcasts. They will remain ON DEMAND for the duration of the Chiefs' season.

Comcast launched ON DEMAND to its Spokane customers earlier this year. Comcast offers nearly 4,000 hours of programming ON DEMAND and expects to add thousands more hours of programming in the coming years. The service has become extremely popular, with Spokane customers viewing ON DEMAND programs more than 100,000 times a week, according to figures compiled by Comcast. Video on demand services are not available on satellite.
