CHICO- The Chico Outlaws have announced the final roster for the 2011 season. The roster is comprised of eleven pitchers, two catchers, seven infielders, and three outfielders to make a total of 23 players. The new look Outlaws will play their first game on the road in Yuma May 26th. The roster breakdown is as follows:
