CHICAGO - The Sky looked for a fourth straight win in the season and their second consecutive victory over the Connecticut Sun Friday night, but instead had their worst loss this season, 91-61. The loss marked the first of a three game road series for the Sky. The Sky were led by Kristi Toliver with 14 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assists, making 4 out of 5 from behind the arc.
The Sky traveled to Washington to take on the Mystics Saturday night, looking to rebound from the 30 point loss to Connecticut, but fell short in the fourth quarter losing the game by 9 points, 81-72.
SKY TRAVEL TO ATLANTA TO FACE THE DREAM
The Sky travels to the Atlanta to face the Dream after defeating them at home in their season opener 81-73. Chicago leads all-time against Atlanta 4-1. Tuesday night's game in Atlanta is the last and final stop for the Sky, ending their three game road trip.
HOMEWARD BOUND: SKY RETURN HOME AFTER 3 GAMES ON THE ROAD
The Sky (3-3) will host the Washington Mystics (4-1) Saturday at 7p.m.at the UIC Pavilion. Saturday's game will be the second time the team meet this season, after the Sky lost to the Mystics 81-72 in Washington. The Sky is 4-7 all-time against the Mystics, who are currently in first place in the Eastern Conference.

BANK OF AMERICA FOOD DRIVE
Candice Dupree, Shyra Ely, KB Sharp, Dominique Canty, Armintie Price, Sylvia Fowles and Head Coach and General Manager Steven Key will bag and distribute food to over 150 families in the Chicago area on Wednesday, June 24. The team will join forces with Bank of America and the Food Depository's Mobile Pantry, which brings food to communities that have a high concentration of poverty and relatively low levels of Food Depository food assistance. The food pantry mobile unit and Chicago Sky will be at 6401 S. Sangamon Street Chicago, IL 60621 from 3pm to 5pm.
The Sky invites fans to donate canned goods to Will Feed Community Organization's Food Drive, at the June 30th game against Sacramento Monarchs at 7pm CDT. Every participant who donates 5 canned goods will receive a ticket voucher good for a game during the 2009 regular season.
PITNEY BOWES READING TIMEOUT
Chicago Sky forward Brooke Wyckoff, Chicago Public Library and Pitney Bowes are tipping off the 2009 Fast Break to Reading Program this Friday, June 26 with a Reading Timeout at the Toman Branch located at 2708 S. Pulaski Road. The event will begin at 2pm and each child in attendance will receive a ticket to attend a Chicago Sky game.
