Charlie Kronschnabel Returns To Reading

Reading, PA - The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League and the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League, today announced that forward Charlie Kronschnabel [KRAHN shnah bell"] has been returned to the Royals from the Syracuse Crunch of the AHL. Kronschnabel, a third year pro from St. Paul, Minnesota, was loaned to Syracuse on December 29, 2009, and played four games with the Crunch without registering a point. In thirty-one games with Reading this season, Kronschnabel has scored seven goals, assisted on six others (thirteen points), and picked up twenty-five penalty minutes.

Kronschnabel is expected to be in the lineup today when the Royals face the Trenton Devils in a Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday matinee (Monday, January 18, 2010 @ 1:05 pm). The Royals game day radio broadcast on the Royals Radio Network presented by Transmissions by Arbogast will kick off at 12:35 pm.
