Charleston and Nagy Return

Trenton, NJ - Forward Kory Nagy has been reassigned by New Jersey from Albany to Trenton and forward Dan Charleston has been returned on loan to Trenton from Albany. The announcement was made by Albany and Trenton General Manager Chris Lamoriello.

Charleston, 26, had been recalled to Albany November 15. With Albany, Charleston played in nine games and recorded six penalty minutes. In six games for Trenton earlier this season, the former University of Nebraska-Omaha standout tallied a goal and five assists. Charleston began 2010-11 with Albany but did not make an appearance. Last season, his first year with the Devils organization, the Oak Forest, IL native posted 6 goals and 27 assists in 25 games.

Nagy, 21, had been assigned from Trenton to Albany November 27. In nine games with Albany, the London, ON native registered one assist and four penalty minutes. Earlier this season with Trenton, Nagy notched three goals and four assists in 14 games. In 2009-10, his first professional season, he had 13 points (4g, 9a) in 33 games for Trenton and six points (2g, 4a) in 31 games for AHL-Lowell. Nagy was selected by the New Jersey Devils in the fifth round of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft.

The Trenton Devils host the Reading Royals at Sun National Bank Center Sunday at 5:00 p.m.
